Materiae is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers. For International orders, customers may need to pay additional import fees to receive the package depending on the country. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is the responsibility of the receiver.

For Returns & Exchanges, the policy lasts 15 days for an exchange/credit only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, an exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged.
